Parc Canberra is the latest Executive Condominium (EC) launched for sale through public tender by the Housing Development Board through the Government Land Sales Programme, which closed on 3rd July 2019.

The Canberra Link EC site received 9 bids, with Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments being awarded after their bid price of $271 million emerged as the highest. This price will translate to $558 psf ppr

Sembawang Shopping Centre

Sembawang Shopping Centre is a four-storey commercial development located along Sembawang Road in Sembawang Spring Estate of Sembawang, Singapore. It was developed by CapitaLand Mall Trust and underwent a refurbishment and reopened in 2007.

It is located at 447 Sembawang Road and opens from 5pm to 7am, which means there is little space for parking, and also, this makes for a great choice when you are craving a supper outing. 

Parc Canberra - Parks and Greenery Nearby

For residents of Parc Canberra who love nature and the outdoors, and love being in the park after a long week to unwind, or to bring the family for a fun day out, there are many options for greenery in the area that is bound to delight nature lovers. 

Sembawang Hot Spring Park

The Sembawang Hot Spring Park reopened on 4 Jan 2020, much to the delight of the public. Sembawang Hot Spring is the only natural hot spring park in Singapore, so if you are looking for a different experience, you are in for a treat. 

Where there used to be just drains, taps and buckets of very hot water, the reopened Sembawang Hot Spring is now a park that boasts a cascading pool, cafe as well as a floral walk.

It is 1.1-hectares in size,  nearly the size of one-and-a-half football fields, and with the cascading pool,  members of the public can now enjoy a foot bath. Visitors can even cook eggs here in a separate receptacle — a popular activity at the hot spring before it was closed for redevelopment.

Children can play with warm spring water at an educational zone, where they can learn about the groundwater cycle.

Sembawang Hot Spring Park is open daily from 7am to 7pm. It is accessible via Gambas Avenue, and from the nearest bus stops 400m away at Sembawang Road. The nearest car park is located 400m away at 114 Yishun Ring Road. 

Sembawang Beach and Sembawang Park

Sembawang Park is a tranquil park away located away from the bustle of the city. With a beautiful beach side and a stunning view, it is a popular fishing ground and a great place for family and friends to get together.
