If you are driving to the Parc Canberra showflat, please note that the entrance is located along Sembawang Vista, just after the bus terminal.

If you are walking over to the Parc Canberra Showflat from Sembawang MRT, there are 2 routes that you can take.

Route 1:

1. After exiting from the MRT station, turn left and walk straight until you reach Canberra Road
2. Turn right and walk straight down until you see a flight of steps 
3. Take the steps to enter the showflat

Route 2: 

1. After exiting from the MRT station, turn right and walk towards Sun Plaza 
2. Walk on the side of Sun Plaza until you reach a pavement on the left
3. Walk along the pavement and you will reach the entrance of the showflat

Here are some things that you might want to prepare before visiting the showflat:

1. Check the Eligibility Conditions to assess if you are eligible to purchase Parc Canberra EC
2. If you currently own a HDB flat: 
   • Login to the CPF website and check how much CPF you have utilised and assess how much is available for your purchase 
   • If you have taken a HDB Loan, login to the HDB website to check your outstanding loan
   • If you have taken a bank loan, check with your bank for your outstanding loan amount
   • Check the amount of resale levy that would be applicable for you
3. If you do not currently own a HDB flat, login to the CPF website to assess how much CPF is available for your purchase
4. Check how much CPF Housing Grants you are eligible for
5. Understand how Buyer’s Stamp Duty Works
6. Understand MSR and TDSR, and speak with a banker
7. Review the Normal Progressive Scheme so that you can plan ahead
